Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Returns:

We take great care in crafting each item, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (which include handmade jewelry, body oils, soaps, and metaphysical supplies), all sales are final. If, however, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a store credit. To help us expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) along with your order number.

Exchanges:

Because most of our items are handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer exchanges. However, if there’s a sizing issue with a piece of jewelry, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to accommodate you by making adjustments or offering a store credit, depending on the situation.

Non-returnable Items:

For your safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or used metaphysical supplies (such as herbs, sage, or crystals)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
