Thank you for considering Modern Hippies Atlanta for your celebration! Please review the information below before purchasing your event package.

Choose Your Package

Our celebration packages are available for kids’ birthdays, baby showers, and gender reveals. Select the package and guest-count option that best fit your celebration.

Your package includes the décor and setup listed in its description. The guest count refers to the number of people receiving disposable tableware.

Booking Notice

Please book small events at least two weeks in advance. For larger events, please allow six to eight weeks’ notice so we have time to prepare for your celebration.

Availability & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation with your finalized event details.

Please be ready to share your event date, location, theme, colors, and any other details that will help us bring your vision to life. We’ll follow up by email to gather your information and discuss your celebration.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

Venue, Furniture & Linens

The client is responsible for providing the event venue, tables, chairs, linens, and other furniture needed for the celebration. Tables and chairs may also be rented separately from Modern Hippies Atlanta, based on availability.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery within 20 miles and professional setup are included in your package. Travel beyond 20 miles is subject to an additional fee.

Backdrops & Add-Ons

Backdrops are available as an optional upgrade. You can also personalize your celebration with balloon add-ons, signs, props, table details, and more.

Add-on prices cover our standard designs. For larger or more elaborate custom requests, please contact us before booking to discuss your ideas and pricing.

Breakdown & Cleanup

Event breakdown and cleanup are not included in the package price.
