This thoughtfully curated experience combines the therapeutic art of terrarium building with intentional grounding practices, soothing music, and a restorative sound bath.

Participants begin by slowing down and becoming present through guided mindfulness before creating their own miniature living ecosystems with real plants, natural stones, moss, and soil.

The experience is complemented by a soothing sound bath featuring calming vibrations and intentional moments of stillness, creating space to unwind, reflect, and recharge.
